The old SR. League field/high field. They have done wonders to the Little League. They also have a girls softball field just beyond the Sr. League field.

Im not 100%, but that it is what I have heard many times. I would think he would be the only one with the financial means to pay thousands per ballgame played there.

How about the Coach's father-in-law? Not saying that he does but he sure could if he wanted to. He is in the coal business as well as other business.

They didn't pay "thousands" each time they played there. They paid the city of Kingsport $50.00 per hour to use the facility, and had no maintenance responsilities.

From the way I understood it was in the thousands. Running those lights alone is very expensive, maintence Im sure is outrageous. Im not claiming to know the facts but Im willing to bet that it was quite a bit more than $200 a ball game. Im sure the average ballgame lasts not more than 4 hours.

That information came directly from Doug Humphries.

10-4. So is he still the one paying for it?

Don't know about that. He told me the price that the city charged them a couple of years ago, but he didn't say he was the one paying it at that time.
